Paul Smith has been a professional musician since leaving school. Now in his forties, he has much experience in tailoring his talents to meet the demands of each engagement. With his ability to read and improvise music, work history has been varied including playing for the military, piano residencies at hotels, restaurants and a wine bar, musicals, big bands, jazz bands and concerts for all types of functions. Session work on both keyboards and woodwind instruments have involved numerous engagements and recording sessions. Experience includes performing on the Oboe, Clarinet, Soprano/Alto/Tenor/Baritone Saxophones, Euphonium, Trombone, Piano and Keyboards. |
